Introduction to antivirus review website

     Hello everybody , This is first time of my website that will share you about antivirus reviewing . because My job role is System engineer who is response about servers and clients administrative , therefore many times I had encountered the viruses , malwares , trojans or unwanted softwares problem . That 's made me has to improve and update  myself and about antivirus technology .
     That 's why I would like to create this website to share my experience , knowledge and opinion about antivirus (both free and commercial) I had used.
     At the first intro page I would like to share you about virus categories ,
Actually Many of criteria that are used for divide viruses type but for me , I use "behavior" of virus distribution to put its into each division.

1. File Virus - Calling the program that is infected by virus , such - when you download program from internet and double click on it to do installation so this virus will activate.

2. Boot Virus - Calling the virus that infect to MBR (Master Boot Record) or boot sector of Hard drive and Normally it's hard to clean it out unless you do
1) use the boot-sector scanning antivirus
2) do MBR fixing or rewrite

3. Macro virus - Calling the virus that infected to document (most are microsoft word or excel) which use the "Macro function" on that document to activate and attack your systems

4. Worm - Calling the software that can be spread itself from computer-to-computer by media (most is networking) such e-mail , link click URL ,etc
     Normally worm is quite dangerous virus .

5. Trojan - Calling the virus that has behavior of impersonation to be the good-software or hiding itself into our system without any notification and may be sniffing for some information such as internet banking id and password.

So I think there are many type of viruses that can be used for classify it .but this is another one example of virus classification.

Free Antivirus : AVAST 2014 Free Edition

               Dear Everybody , Today I would like to review my most favourite antivirus/spyware that I am using for my client computer right now , It's called "AVAST Free Edition". 

               Actually There are many free antivirus software in the world . and I had ever used many brand of its . but each brand has many different strong-points. for avast these are strong points I found as following topic below.

               1. Reliability - For this topic of strong point of avast I have used this software to do real time scan (active protection) and Full scan for cleaning virus/malware also avast gave me the best impression (99% cleaned the virus infection) , That made me like to use it completely.
               2. Low resource consumption - For any other antivirus software , some brand take a big resource consume that made some client that has less-resource (such CPU , RAM , etc) may be affected to systems performance , but not in avast Avast has a great resource management when it's in active protection mode it will take only few ram and cpu that why our low-spec of most client cpu can use this software without lacking of resource (LAG).
               3. It's Free - That 's why I and other people in the world would like to use its. You can get the Reliable and low resoruce consumption antivirus without paid . (Only for home-use) but for commercial or company using I recommend that you should buy the license (called AVAST Profession Edition) which give you a better secure and support for any problem or information.

               So, accordingly It's enough for let you use this software. Right now , I will show you how to download , installation and setting some feature for avast in my style.

System Requirement
You need at least Windows XP (with SP2) installed. Windows Vista, 7, 8, and even 8.1 are fully supported (unless your device runs the Starter or RT edition) in both the 32- and 64-bit variant. A 10-year old Pentium 3 processor will do, with 128 MB RAM and 500 MB of hard-drive space. And now imagine the stellar performance with your new hardware!

1. First Goto www.avast.com and  Click Download.

2. If popup appear please select No Thanks , I wan free protection (For some people who want to use Professional edition you may select YES).

3. At download.cnet.com page please press Download Now button.

4. When finished download goto download folder and double click avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe file.

5. select custom installation

6. Leave the current installation location (For some users who want to install to other location please click Browse and select your location). > Continue.

7. First The avast will show you default selection features you may use it's as default or edit by check-uncheck these feature.

8. For me I want only File protection So , I selected only "File Shield" > Continue.

9. View Summary (If you would like to change any setting feature[s] you can press Back) > Continue.

10. It show you privacy and End User License Agreement > Read and Continue.

11. Waiting for installation (time depend on your computer performance) > Done.

12. Waiting for it's startup scan (When finished it will disappear automatically).

13. For Avast Tray Icon (Right-Bottom at your taskbar).

14. Right Click on it > Registration information.

15. Select Register now.

16. Select standard protection.

17. Make registratin by 

17.1 Register with your facebook.

17.2 (selected) Fill your First Name , Last Name and Email > Click  Register with email adress.

18. Click Stay with basic protection.

19. Done !!! , Now you have got protection by avast. > Click OK.
